Definitions & Interpretation

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context explicitly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations under this agreement.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these terms. Any reference to a statute, regulation, or provision includes any amendment or replacement thereof in force from time to time.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 7bit platform is intended solely for adult entertainment. Access to and participation in any game, betting market, or promotional offer on 7bit is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on the 7bit platform. 18+ This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement. 7bit employs age verification checks as part of the KYC process and reserves the right to request proof of age from any Player at any time. If a Player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended and permanently closed, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 7bit platform is operated and marketed with the Bangladesh market as its primary audience. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 7bit platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 7bit employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts found to be in violation will be closed and all associated funds may be forfeited.

2.4 Personal Use Only

All accounts on 7bit must be registered in the Player's own name and used solely for that Player's personal entertainment. Registering an account on behalf of another person, operating an account as an agent, or using an account for any commercial purpose (including but not limited to running a betting syndicate, arbitrage operation, or professional wagering service) is prohibited.

Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of features available on 7bit — including deposits, gameplay, sports betting, and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information and to complete identity verification in accordance with our KYC requirements.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a mobile number. You must keep this information up to date throughout your use of the platform. 7bit reserves the right to suspend or close any account where inaccurate, misleading, or falsified registration information has been provided.

3.2 KYC Identity Verification

KYC verification is a mandatory requirement for all accounts before any withdrawal may be processed. 7bit may also request KYC documentation at any point during your use of the platform, including before a deposit is accepted or a bonus is credited. The standard KYC documents required are:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy or photograph of a valid government-issued National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Age: The same document submitted for identity verification is ordinarily sufficient to confirm age, provided the date of birth is clearly visible.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. 7bit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 7bit platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7bit supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure that players across Bangladesh can deposit and withdraw funds conveniently and securely.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Rules

1. The minimum deposit on 7bit is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though 7bit reserves the right to apply transaction limits on a per-account basis.
2. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund of the deposited amount.
3. 7bit does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 7bit bears no responsibility.
4. All deposits are subject to standard anti-money laundering (AML) screening. 7bit reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse a deposit pending AML review.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
2. KYC identity verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal request is approved and processed.
3. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 7bit does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not used for the original deposit.
4. Standard withdrawal processing time is within the same business day for requests submitted before 8:00pm BST (UTC+6), subject to KYC completion and fraud review.
5. 7bit reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where unusual account activity has been detected.
6. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and bonus winnings that have satisfied all wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not met within the specified period will expire and be removed from the Player's account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the specific terms of a promotion explicitly state otherwise.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Full contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
• Minimum Odds (Sports): Where a bonus may be used on sports betting, minimum odds restrictions will apply. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count towards wagering requirements.
• Abuse Prevention: 7bit reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers is detected. 5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players on 7bit may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon making their first qualifying deposit. The specific percentage match, maximum bonus amount in BDT, and wagering requirements applicable to the current welcome offer are published on the 7bit promotions page and are subject to change. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per person, household, device, and IP address.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the 7bit platform are sourced from licensed, internationally recognised game providers whose software is independently tested for fairness. The following rules apply to all gameplay activity on 7bit.

6.1 Random Number Generators

6.2 Malfunctions

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets on 7bit — including cricket, football, boxing, and kabaddi — are governed by the specific sport rules published in the 7bit betting rules section. Bets placed on cancelled, postponed, or abandoned events will ordinarily be voided and stakes returned, subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. 7bit reserves the right to void bets placed at prices that were clearly erroneous due to a pricing error.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7bit platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; or engaging in any form of financial fraud including chargebacks on valid transactions.
• Money Laundering: Using the 7bit platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds through gambling transactions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market on the platform.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated software, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the 7bit platform, or registering an account in another person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, including matched betting with bonus funds or coordinated syndicate bonus farming.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use the 7bit platform while under the age of 18, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, disrupt, overload, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the 7bit platform, its servers, or its security systems.

Responsible Gaming

7bit is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain healthy boundaries around their gambling activity. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, it is important to seek help promptly.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7bit platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 7bit or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7bit platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not permit you to:

1. Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the 7bit platform content without prior written permission from 7bit.
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or underlying code used in the operation of the 7bit platform.
3. Use any automated data collection tools, including web scrapers, spiders, or crawlers, to extract content from the 7bit platform.
4. Use the 7bit name, logo, or brand assets in any manner that could imply endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

7bit aims to provide uninterrupted access to the platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform and accept no liability for losses arising from service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party outages, or events outside our reasonable control (including natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications failures).

10.2 Third-Party Content

Games and content displayed on 7bit are provided by third-party game studios. While 7bit only partners with reputable, certified providers, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any third-party game content and accept no liability for issues arising from third-party software errors, provided that 7bit acts promptly to address such issues upon becoming aware of them.

Amendments to These Terms

7bit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7bit will provide notice to registered Players by email (to the address on file) and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to address an urgent security or fraud issue.

Your continued use of the 7bit platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 7bit is registered and operates. Players accessing the platform from Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute relating to your 7bit account, a transaction, a game outcome, or the application of these Terms & Conditions, we ask that you first contact our support team directly so that the matter can be investigated and resolved informally. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage quickly and to the mutual satisfaction of both parties.

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed description of your dispute to [email protected], including your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, etc.).
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: 7bit's support and compliance team will investigate your complaint and respond with a formal written decision within 10 business days of receipt of all relevant information.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may request that the matter be escalated to 7bit's senior management team for a final determination. Senior management decisions on disputes are issued within a further 10 business days.

12.2 Finality of Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the 7bit platform — including casino games, RNG-based table games, live dealer games, and sports betting results — are final once the relevant round or event has concluded and the result has been confirmed. 7bit will not reverse a game outcome or recalculate a sports betting result except in the specific circumstances described in Section 6 (technical malfunction) or where a demonstrable pricing error has occurred.
